Steinar Dahle

Steinaris a graduate lawyer with over 25 years of experience in the public and private sector in the field of real estate.

He has extensive experience in the acquisition of foundations and rights in development projects within roads, railways, wiring/cable plants, VA, housing and industry, including the development of overall infrastructure for Rogaland county municipality, Statens vegvesen, and the Railway/BaneNor as well as several municipalities.

He also has ongoing tasks for Stavanger municipality. Steinar assists with the organization of properties, including decommissioning, merger, transfer, border adjustment, usage rights, holdings, etc.

He also has experience with valuation and expropriation issues.
